Nimaiya states that the entity he believes is Zangetsu is actually a form of Yhwach, and that his real zanpakuto is the inner hollow within him, White Ichigo. However, the hero realizes that they are both, in fact, equal parts of his personality as well as his history, accepting them together.

Why does Tensa Zangetsu appear as a young Yhwach? The explanation is that he is a manifestation of Ichigo's Quincy power. So it's Ichigo's Quincy essence embodied.

In reality, Zangetsu is one of two spirits going by that name in Ichigo's inner world, with the Hollow Zangetsu being Ichigo's true zanpakuto spirit and the original being the embodiment of Ichigo's Quincy heritage.

Haschwalth is the second in command of the Quincy after Yhwach, acting as his advisor and commonly being referred to as the Sternritter Grandmaster. He was bestowed the title and ability of "The Balance," holding the power to transfer misfortune between individuals within a specific area.

Later, during the forging of Ichigo's new Zanpakutō, Nimaiya reveals this happened because Zangetsu is Ichigo's real Zanpakutō, for the inner Hollow inherited from his mother fused with his Shinigami powers and became his Zanpakutō.

The strongest form is the Final Getsuga Tensho. This if the one where he gets the black hair. This form is what he used to weaken Aizen enough to be sealed by Urahara Kisuke. If he used this form using his true zanpakuto rather than the quincy imitation then a country could be destroyed.
