I do not buy in your store so check me!! I worked as a retail manager for 10 years. I won't do any of your staff work, you need to get these kiosks out of your store in about 10 people in the store matched with me and we shouldn't have to check us out so you can save five bucks. Staff are rude They won't even help kiosks next they will let us stock their shelves. Everyone who was there complained about the parking lot, you're going to lose a lot of customers

We are former employees of Michael's distribution center who were fired without notice because of our shortcomings. And all we want is to work there at the Michaels distribution center and finish our seasonal jobs, like our contract that we signed when we got the job. We don't want to get fired because of our shortcomings, which we both just told you. And we are being ignored by supervisors and managers and we hope that you can help us to resolve this situation and give us back our jobs so that we can finish our seasonal jobs. Thank you very much

I worked for a store in Iowa for a week and quit. I loved it there until I worked on my first truck. No one explained to me what the box labels meant so I could help sort; instead I was treated like I was in the way and in the way. I never got a shirt either because the manager didn't want to hand out shirts because people keep stopping. From the first conversation I had with the manager she was very rude, but I don't need to be a baby. I was just there for work, but I couldn't make it on truck night. If this manager acted like an adult and treated people like they were valued employees and part of a team, maybe she (Tiffany) would have enough staff. This is a job I would have done forever.

Michaels just announced that all stores are getting rid of snack and drink vending machines in their break rooms. How is the catering staff supposed to get the drink and food of your choice at 3am? They just emptied both machines and forced employees to shop in the front lanes. Worried about team morale.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. and not just supplies. That's what happens when a company doesn't give store managers enough hours to fill the positions that serve customers, they don't care about the stress they put on the few employees in the store, sometimes there's only one manager and one cashier, and when someone is at the checkout, the phone rings (you have to answer before the 3rd appointment, it takes 2 or 3 weeks to hire someone, whatever... because many people go...

Purchased from their store in Upland, CA on 4/22/22 around 2am. I wanted to buy parchment paper and I needed help. I passed the store several times and looked unsuccessfully for an employee, but on my numerous trips I found the store's few customers. Finally, she patiently waited in the single checkout line so she could call for help. When I asked if anyone worked on the floor she replied NO. I wanted viewers and her managers to know how helpful this was to me. Remember the customers I encountered walking around the store looking for help - they walked me across the street to the Hobby Lobby, where we all received immediate attention. And parchment paper that cost $2.09 a sheet in their store was $0.29 cents in the Hobby Lobby. Thank you Michael for opening my eyes to a store with great service and much lower prices. Well done!!!

IMPRESSIONANTE! Michaels, Stafford
Subject: Manager, first name "CRAIG"
Because of this employee I only have to leave one star as there is no way I can leave zero stars.
The only person responsible for this negative review, 'CRAIG', one of the managers at Michael's in Stafford Township, has caused me a lot of heartache and embarrassment and because of my patience and kindness I feel he took advantage of her and intentionally misled me . CRAIG's actions resulted in Michaels having to withhold $373.16 of my money from Oct 2021 to Feb 2022. All this time Michaels had my money I had to show -0- for it. "CRAIG" promised to do a favor that turned into a nightmare. During that February-October period, I visited the store several times to speak with CRAIG, but to no avail. I made many, many phone calls - again to no avail. The few times I picked up "CRAIG" at the store, he told me these elaborate excuses that were outright lies and empty promises. Needless to say, this period was extremely stressful - it was Christmas time, you know, right in the middle of my long winter wait. I didn't need to be negative at $373.16. Need I say more…. All this time I have to walk around, visit the store and make calls. Every time I got to talk to him I thanked him anyway, saying I was being patient and appreciative until it got really DAMING! One date was the week before Christmas, CRAIG was at the store (I know he didn't know I was coming) and more promises again. This time, he stated that he would definitely have the articles ready before the holidays...... And then it was "February 2022!!!"
Need I say more.
On February 10th, I finally gave up and went to see Michael to get a $373.16 credit.
Apparently CRAIG heard I came to get my money back, calls me, wants to make amends for his inexcusable behavior towards me. I consider myself an exceptionally good customer. Once again he made promises he would never keep. He promises me a very special favor, he would set up three cabinets. I waited and waited, no calls, no lockers. When he saw I still wanted to check he called me and wanted to appease me with a gift card (probably to stop me writing this bad review) but he doesn't know how much he can give. He says he'll check and calls me back. No link, today is Wednesday, March 23, 2022….
thanks for listening

You need to check out your Westwood Michael's. My hearing impaired brother worked for you the last 4 years before being transferred 24 years by the Aaron brothers. Does he scream at all? Depreciation by responsible employees and supervisors. He is a hardworking schemer and now all of a sudden he is being told that his position will be terminated and he will not be offered a transfer or another role. This is horrible!!! I thought you treated people with disabilities with respect, that's not your company motto.

I bought 200 T-shirts for women victims of sexual assault at the Beachwood, Ohio store. Manager Mary Fears was exceptionally helpful. The store was unable to fulfill all of my orders, so one of the clerks went to multiple stores to complete my order. Mary is a great employee who really tries to make the customer happy. The National Council of Jewish Women has purchased hundreds of T-shirts from this store for the aforementioned program. Each time she has been exceptionally helpful to us.

You need to check out their store in Mayfield HTS., Ohio. Your store manager is very rude to employees. If she has anything negative, she should take that employee aside. She should not be condescending to them, putting them down in front of colleagues or clients. She talks so fast I don't know how an employee can fake a word, why does she have an earplug? Why is she ignoring customers?
